So we just got HUGE NEWS -- a miracle!!! The surgery is over (4 1/2 hours), the liver and everything else is clear, the docs are very pleased with the condition around the resection. Dad's brother Charlie...went into the surgery and had a peek inside...he was amazed by how perfect everything went!!!
God was watching over my daddy along with some 30 people who came by the hospital. Thank you to everyone who has been praying and encouraging "Pops"
We will keep you guys all posted as he recovers :)

That's awesome. 30 people at the hospital, plus probably thousands more praying from all over. My dad called and said everything went really well. Praise God.

ReplyDeleteToday was a miracle and it was given to us by a loving God and many praying friend. Words can never express how I feel after looking at my wonderful guy and hearing him say "piece of cake". My cup truly is running over. Love you baby!

ReplyDeleteI am so hopeful that you, dearest friend, have passed through the worst of this cancer episode, though the next few days won't be fun. That is what prayer and pain meds are for . . . to get one though the rough patches.
